Pencil and ink on 9X12 100lb smooth Bristol.
Inked with Pitt pens and Sharpies (for the large black areas).

Great pic! Until now,I never really heard of this skinner sweet character,but i'll look into it since you described him.
Here's a couple of vampire anime charcters I think would be bad ass for Blade to face against btw:
